"Step-on Tour Guide" means that we provide a guide for clients who have their own vehicle and driver. Typically our clients are tour operators or event planners. If you are planning an individual or family visit to San Francisco, you might prefer to book with a company that uses "driver/guides" who have their own small vehicle (anything from a Tesla to a passenger van or Sprinter).
